Returns: 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping back their order at their own expense and providing proof of their return. Merchandise must be returned to us before a refund is issued. 

Please email to us your name and order number to further assist you. 

Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an e-mail informing you of whether your return request has been approved.

Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the stated instructions, your refund will be processed. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order.

Sale Items: Sale and final sale items do not qualify for returns. This includes promotional coupon codes or discounts used at the time of purchase.

Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons. We do offer store credit.

Price Adjustments: For any items that were purchased full price one week prior being added to sale, Our shop will honor the price adjustment in form of store credit. Price adjustments will not be honored for any final sale or off priced item.

Shipping: Orders ship within 2-3 business days. We offer Standard Shipping (10-20 business delivery time). Orders over $50+ are eligible for free Standard Shipping.
